GBMaisonette customer service experience I’ve bought several items off of Maisonette over the last few yrs but this was my first time contacting customer service. My daughter stepped on the hem of the princess dress I’d just purchased for her, completely ripping the line and even the top of the skirt (the fabric was more delicate than we realized). I contacted customer service and the replacement process was seamless. They wrote back immediately saying they’d contact the vendor and by the next morning confirmed they’d sent a new one and even included the shipping info (it’s the little things!). This type of customer service will make me a forever customer.

GBWe love the Kapla blocks and give them… We love the Kapla blocks and give them as presents. Our own set is at least 25 years old and my children who are now parents themselves still play w them. Found them at Maisonette at a very good price and bought 2 sets for 2 nephews birthday gifts.

GBMy package was lost during lost delivery and… My package was lost during delivery and no questions asked they tracked and replaced my item. Stephanie Anne was great

GBSo sad & disappointed about this company! I have placed a # of orders with this company, however, I would not recommend it. I returned a couple of items in early Feb. had to call a month later because nothing had been credited to my card. I had to pay over $25. For returning then they charged a $5.00 return fee for each. I still have not been credited for the shoes (over$200.00) which ordered for a gift - it came all beat up - the box was all dented in and torn. I felt I could not give it as a gift. I have been sad … for I liked this company/website and have little grandchildren that I buy for. I wish they had been easy to work with.
