GBI loved the level of communication once… I loved the level of communication once I placed my order. Part of my order had to be cancelled and I immediately received an email giving me an explanation. The remaining items in my order arrived earlier than expected and again emails were sent giving me the tracking number. I love their attention to detail and keeping me informed until my order was received.

GBSo sad & disappointed about this company! I have placed a # of orders with this company, however, I would not recommend it. I returned a couple of items in early Feb. had to call a month later because nothing had been credited to my card. I had to pay over $25. For returning then they charged a $5.00 return fee for each. I still have not been credited for the shoes (over$200.00) which ordered for a gift - it came all beat up - the box was all dented in and torn. I felt I could not give it as a gift. I have been sad … for I liked this company/website and have little grandchildren that I buy for. I wish they had been easy to work with.

GBMaisonette is my go-to company for kids’ clothes and toys! Maisonette is a fantastic resource for high quality children’s clothing, toys and supples and some unique clothes for women, too. Even though Maisonette prioritizes quality, they offer a wide range of prices and have some good sales. Also, many (and possibly all) of their companies use environmentally and socially responsible practices.

GBMaisonette customer service experience I’ve bought several items off of Maisonette over the last few yrs but this was my first time contacting customer service. My daughter stepped on the hem of the princess dress I’d just purchased for her, completely ripping the line and even the top of the skirt (the fabric was more delicate than we realized). I contacted customer service and the replacement process was seamless. They wrote back immediately saying they’d contact the vendor and by the next morning confirmed they’d sent a new one and even included the shipping info (it’s the little things!). This type of customer service will make me a forever customer.

GBThe person from customer service was… The person from customer service was extremely patient and helpful. I am not a new customer, however it is very frustrating to get prepared to finish my order, and the PASSWORD is not received! Very often I shop at night, but that should not make the process of closing the order a problem. "Whitney" actually found the order I placed on Jan. 1, 2024, so I was able to redeem two of the articles I wanted. I realize you use different vendors, so that may be the reason the cart numbers vary.
