GBI love the many selections available I love the many selections available. Customer service was great when I contacted them about an Int’l shipment that was a couple days late. They tracked the items down and they were delivered two days later. A follow up email was sent to me to make sure I had received the order.

GBSo sad & disappointed about this company! I have placed a # of orders with this company, however, I would not recommend it. I returned a couple of items in early Feb. had to call a month later because nothing had been credited to my card. I had to pay over $25. For returning then they charged a $5.00 return fee for each. I still have not been credited for the shoes (over$200.00) which ordered for a gift - it came all beat up - the box was all dented in and torn. I felt I could not give it as a gift. I have been sad … for I liked this company/website and have little grandchildren that I buy for. I wish they had been easy to work with.

GBFrom start to finish great transaction From start to finish great transaction. I ordered two monogrammed items and they emailed me right away as there was a glitch in their system on the font style. Items arrived 3 weeks ahead of schedule and were perfectly executed. Wonderful selection of high end brands.
