GBMaisonette customer service experience I’ve bought several items off of Maisonette over the last few yrs but this was my first time contacting customer service. My daughter stepped on the hem of the princess dress I’d just purchased for her, completely ripping the line and even the top of the skirt (the fabric was more delicate than we realized). I contacted customer service and the replacement process was seamless. They wrote back immediately saying they’d contact the vendor and by the next morning confirmed they’d sent a new one and even included the shipping info (it’s the little things!). This type of customer service will make me a forever customer.

GBGreat website for children's clothing… Love the variety of clothing and toys offered. Find things here for my grandchildren that don't see in stores or on other websites. I have also had a good experience with their staff who helped me a problem with one order. I got great communication and my issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

GBScam/ fraud website Scam website, do not bother ordering please save yourself the headache and hassle they put you through. My order arrived defective and they have been purposely leading me in circles for weeks. I have asked for my money back several times because they are not providing me with any replacement/ replacement parts for a defective item that I received. They do not care and they will lie to you and give you timeframes but those timeframes never come. It’s been weeks without a resolution or being able to talk to a manager to have a resolution. This is by far the worst website I’ve ever ordered from, I believe they are a scam/ fraud website!

GBFrom start to finish great transaction From start to finish great transaction. I ordered two monogrammed items and they emailed me right away as there was a glitch in their system on the font style. Items arrived 3 weeks ahead of schedule and were perfectly executed. Wonderful selection of high end brands.
