The folks @ Maisonette were super… The folks @ Maisonette were super helpful with my return. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and solved my problem.

Exceptional Customer Service and Clothes Almost as Beautiful as My Granddaughter For my first grandchild, a lovely little girl, I went straight to Maisonette to order her layette: a combination of dresses, sweaters, playsuits and bodysuits; 11 pieces total. The first two items to arrive were sized 12-18 months - way too big for my granddaughter. I was upset and wrote a harsh email to customer service. Impressively, Maisonette got back to me the same day about the ‘too large’ pieces. I was offered a full refund or a 20% discount on the price. Msisonette also contacted vendors for the rest of my order to make sure they shipped the correct sizes. Still, I had no confidence my problem would be resolved. I was so wrong!!! Within a few days Maisonette fixed everything! Not only were the remaining items shipped in the correct sizes, they arrived with impressive speed. I am 100% satisfied with how Maisonette sorted this out. Their customer experience exceeds anything I have experienced before. And as beautiful as Maisonette’s clothes are online, in-person they are even more gorgeous. Instead of losing a customer, I am now a huge fan. I will be returning to order more items for my granddaughter soon. I will also point my friends to Maisonette’s site for their children and grandchildren.

Great website for children's clothing… Love the variety of clothing and toys offered. Find things here for my grandchildren that don't see in stores or on other websites. I have also had a good experience with their staff who helped me a problem with one order. I got great communication and my issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

The person from customer service was… The person from customer service was extremely patient and helpful. I am not a new customer, however it is very frustrating to get prepared to finish my order, and the PASSWORD is not received! Very often I shop at night, but that should not make the process of closing the order a problem. "Whitney" actually found the order I placed on Jan. 1, 2024, so I was able to redeem two of the articles I wanted. I realize you use different vendors, so that may be the reason the cart numbers vary.
