Defective toy sink Defective toy sink - refused to replace. They had us jump through hoops and ladders, sending multiple pictures and videos of the defective toy sink. They eventually followed up to let us know that the brand new sink was not under warranty and would not be replaced.

We love the Kapla blocks and give them… We love the Kapla blocks and give them as presents. Our own set is at least 25 years old and my children who are now parents themselves still play w them. Found them at Maisonette at a very good price and bought 2 sets for 2 nephews birthday gifts.

The remaining items in my order arrived earlier than expected and again emails were sent giving me the tracking number.
