Maisonette customer service experience I’ve bought several items off of Maisonette over the last few yrs but this was my first time contacting customer service. My daughter stepped on the hem of the princess dress I’d just purchased for her, completely ripping the line and even the top of the skirt (the fabric was more delicate than we realized). I contacted customer service and the replacement process was seamless. They wrote back immediately saying they’d contact the vendor and by the next morning confirmed they’d sent a new one and even included the shipping info (it’s the little things!). This type of customer service will make me a forever customer.

Exceptional Customer Service and Clothes Almost as Beautiful as My Granddaughter For my first grandchild, a lovely little girl, I went straight to Maisonette to order her layette: a combination of dresses, sweaters, playsuits and bodysuits; 11 pieces total. The first two items to arrive were sized 12-18 months - way too big for my granddaughter. I was upset and wrote a harsh email to customer service. Impressively, Maisonette got back to me the same day about the ‘too large’ pieces. I was offered a full refund or a 20% discount on the price. Msisonette also contacted vendors for the rest of my order to make sure they shipped the correct sizes. Still, I had no confidence my problem would be resolved. I was so wrong!!! Within a few days Maisonette fixed everything! Not only were the remaining items shipped in the correct sizes, they arrived with impressive speed. I am 100% satisfied with how Maisonette sorted this out. Their customer experience exceeds anything I have experienced before. And as beautiful as Maisonette’s clothes are online, in-person they are even more gorgeous. Instead of losing a customer, I am now a huge fan. I will be returning to order more items for my granddaughter soon. I will also point my friends to Maisonette’s site for their children and grandchildren.

So sad & disappointed about this company! I have placed a # of orders with this company, however, I would not recommend it. I returned a couple of items in early Feb. had to call a month later because nothing had been credited to my card. I had to pay over $25. For returning then they charged a $5.00 return fee for each. I still have not been credited for the shoes (over$200.00) which ordered for a gift - it came all beat up - the box was all dented in and torn. I felt I could not give it as a gift. I have been sad … for I liked this company/website and have little grandchildren that I buy for. I wish they had been easy to work with.

I received a product in a size… I received a product in a size different than what I ordered and they quickly followed up, provided a refund when a replacement wasn’t available and kept me informed via email at every step of the way. I’ve placed over 10 orders in the past few years and normally they are without issue.
