I’m disappointed I’m disappointed. As a first time customer I was impressed with your website and quality of products. However, your packaging is downright awful! I received a filthy bubble wrapped stack of two boxes woven together. Looked like it was taped by a Kindergartner. I almost had these gifts mailed directly, and THANK GOD I didn’t!

Great toys. Poor shipping. Buy from Amazon. Good product but better off buying from amazon. Shipping is painfully slow. Even after upgrading my shipping for $10 it still took 10 days to get to its destination. The customer service rep is wording themselves carefully here in their response. “Within 7 days of dispatch.” and for the record - my item was not customized. The customer cares when they upgrade their shipping and expects faster than 10 days @moonkie. Please acknowledge that this is painfully slow shipping. Poor form.

Love it I bought the ufo toy and I thought the material of the disc part was also silicone, and not an hard plastic, but still is an amazing and absolutely beautiful toy! My kid loves it, and I do to <3
