I'll be waiting almost a month for… I'll be waiting almost a month for missing pieces .. Which is absolutely ridiculous .. I would not recommend this company to anybody whatsoever .. Obviously they have no quality control & Obviously they don't give a crap about their customers .. or else i would've had my missing pieces weeks ago

First experience is disappointing One of the 3 items ordered arrived… One of the 3 items ordered arrived today. I was very disappointed that it’s just a bunch of random bags crammed into a bubble wrap envelope with an instruction booklet. I was expecting it in a box. Hopefully none of the pieces are broken and they are all there.Also, the package reeks like cigarettes. However, that may be from the delivery driver. I am hoping the other 2 items arrive by Christmas and are packaged better. The tracking is very difficult to understand.

Good product, fast shipping and communication Ordered on Dec 7th and crossed my fingers. It actually arrived the morning of the 24th. I couldn’t be any happier with the shipping time it took to come across the ocean. The original tracking link in my email didn’t work, but I emailed the company and they promptly sent me the correct link. Tracking was detailed and updated frequently. I’d definitely buy another set.

Set met all my expectations. You won’t be disappointed. Set came as advertised. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the instructions issue. It comes with a good instruction booklet. However, the legos come in about 112 separate bags. The bags are numbered but they do not correspond to the instructions. So it’s taken my daughter much much longer to put together because she has to search all of the legos to find out which bag is required. Other than that, no complaints. A very high quality set.

Rivendell set Well some instructions were not in the book and included paper cutouts instead in mandarin so I couldn’t read them and had to decipher. Also I am now at a point where I’m missing pieces that I cannot continue without. And half of the pieces are put into the wrong bags anyways.
