Will I get my product? Placed order for Shark Leon Hoodie for my son on 11/22/22. It's 12/9/22 (17 days or 13 working days later) and have not received item or order confirmation or tracking. It says on website shipment to US will take 7-15 working days and a tracking number will be provided, but we are nearing the end of that period and still no sign of confirmation, tracking or delivery. I did receive a PayPal receipt for the payment, but it did not contain any shipping/tracking information or an order #. I've tried (multiple times) calling, emailing and submitting messages thru their website to determine order status and never receive response. I'm giving it 5 more "working" days and then I'm going to dispute my charge as fraudulent.

I am waiting since November I am waiting since November, 25th 2022 for the deliver of the parcel. The tracking number which was provided is not helpful. I don’t find a useful provider to resolve. The support email address didn’t responded and I give a chance until 31.12.2022 to call back the money from PayPal. Very disappointing service for a in house merch shop.

Terrible customer experience Terrible customer experience, I had a problem with Google Play and refunded a 2 USD bundle, then I got an amount of 150 negative gems, which costs 7 times the actual amount even when they're claming they're only deducing the offer's value. When I contact support they refuse to give a proper answer. Outright scamming their players.

I am very disappointed I am very disappointed. I wanted to exchange a hoodie for my child because it runs very small. I sent several emails to support and never got a reply. Now my kid has a hoodie that he really wanted but unfortunately never gets to wear.

Product bad quality While delivery and ordering was easy enough the quality of the product was terrible. Poorly made and didn't seem like official products. I bought a better quality t shirt from Asda UK. The money spent was birthday cash my son had and he had to give the items away as we couldn't sell them on and the sizes were not true to what we ordered.
