A great way to improve fitness and positivity with great people I joined as a more mature lady unfit and needing to loose some weight. I never knew how much I would love the classes. It is professional in its approach to everything yet really friendly and flexible on what you do to develop. Felt totally welcomed and we all help each other out with the exercises and encouragement. Ms Laferty has a brilliant sense of humour and is expert at getting you to push yourself without any pressure. Honestly love it and feel so much fitter and more energised.

Great training What a fantastic group of people, very welcoming to all and take time to get to know each and every person who comes through their door. Students, parents and observers alike. I love taking my grandchildren to their classes and watching all 3 of them progress toward being better, more confident and able in everything they do!

Great instructors! Mr and Mrs Stead are great instructors, very kindly and carefully with kids. My son has been training there for over 4 years, and he really enjoys every single lesson. We are training on the Castleford academy 4 days a week, so them are like our second family! We highly appreciate and recommend them!

I enrolled my Daughter in kickboxing… I enrolled my Daughter in kickboxing with Phoenix Martial Arts in Knottingley. She was very nervous at her first lesson. But the staff and other students were so friendly and welcoming. Her nerves soon were put to rest. Phoenix has a fantastic atmosphere and everyone is very helpful. Fitness with fun The patience and professionalism of the instructors is a amazing. Always find time to listen and encourage whether you are a black belt or its your first ever lesson.
