Very courteous service with a vast… Very courteous service with a vast knowledge of these expertly made doll clothes. The clothes are simply adorable and finely made. And the selection of clothing was huge and diverse. Clothing for every occasion! The clothes are brighter and cuter than their website images. I received my granddaughter’s clothes pressed and neatly stacked on a diagonal in a Christmas box enveloped in tissue. Marvelous presentation! Marvelous clothes! Marvelous place to shop again and again....

I received 2 of the same pairs of shoes… I received 2 of the same pairs of shoes by mistake I believe, but trying to navigate the website to try to find out about a replacement was difficult at best. Couldn't really get to a "contact us" point. I am not sure if replacement Barbie shoes are on the way to me. The fact that this item was very inexpensive is why i am not actively pursuing the issue. Also , Covid 19 issues are causing delays at the post office, so I am being patient
