The dolls are beautiful when you finally receive them. I wasn't informed that one doll is coming from China......still waiting on Ollie cool doll. Effie is adorable both cloth and silicone. My only issue so far is have not received entire shipment ordered in October.

Love it thank you… I did have issues with my shipment getting lost but you made it right and sent my package out again and it arrived in a timely manner the second time around. The doll is gorgeous and as described my daughter loves it. Thank you

Nice doll for the price Nice doll for the price, came with lots of extras. 6 year old granddaughter loved her, now my other granddaughter wants one too! I would recommend it.

One doll was not the doll I ordered I ordered your dolls because a friend had shown me the one for her daughter. When I received my order one doll was not what I had ordered. I tried to call a number of times and the call was disconnected each time. I tried the support email and it would not go thru. I also tried to get back into my account and was told I did not have an account.

They are super great to work with! They are super great to work with!! Their customer service was wonderful, we had a small issue and they corrected it super fast!!
