We love Oyster Kits! My 8 year old granddaughter loves doing the Oyster Kits with me. We have tried all kinds of kit subscriptions and Oyster is by far the best. The activities are fun and engaging and my granddaughter learns so much with them. She has actually started learning more about becoming a vet because of Oyster kits. I have also found that customer service is amazing. I would recommend Oyster kits to anyone who is looking for an educational experience for the children in their lives.

Unable to contact company to change address… I ordered the 12 month kit for my grandson. He loved the kits, but I'm also frustrated with the lack of ability to contact the company. I emailed them about the dental kit missing some of the items and they responded immediately stating they would send replacement items right away. We never received them. Most recently, I have changed his address both online and via email because they are moving. Kits continue to be shipped to the old address and I have yet to receive a response. Once they move, the kits will be lost. This is very frustrating.

Great product My son absolutely loved the first 2 kids! I love that there is a story and so many things for my son to do. He's enjoying the different occupations so far and loves the clock that he gets to add to each month.

Signed up to get ripped off I was once an ardent supporter or Oyster Kit, even play-tested kits and recruited friends to do so as well. Unfortunately, after paying for 2 years of kits (12 kits per year), I have only received about 14 out of 24 kits. I reached out to customer service to see which kits I was missing on July 15th. I received a response on August 3rd saying they were reaching out to their Logistics team. It's now October 3rd and I still haven't heard back.

Was really excited to give this box to… Was really excited to give this box to my little so she’d have some fun activities over Thanksgiving & Christmas break. Especially loved that November was the doctor box because her dad is a doctor. But it’s been almost a month and the kit never shipped. Another review mentioned that they are hard to contact, and I would agree. After many failed attempts to contact the company, I will unfortunately be cancelling.
