Paid for expedited shipping but… Paid for expedited shipping but according to their delivery update, it will arrive around the standard shipping time-frame. A little disappointing but not the biggest deal in the world. I submitted an email about getting a refund for the expedited shipping and haven't heard anything back. So no package and no word on a refund. Willing to change my review upon receiving the product and after getting an answer, but as of now, I think 2 stars is fair. Update: Got a response shortly after this review. Was able to get the refund and was given a reason as to why the package was late. Being given the update sooner would have been nice but at least they followed up.

I think the blaster is well worth the… I think the blaster is well worth the money. Overall I’d say 9/10. Wish there was more attachments though. Hopefully more in the future.

Best customer recovery I ordered 2 gel blasters and was very excited to receive them but for some reason my package got rerouted to Kansas City. I called ups to find out what was going on and they told me they would call me back but never did so on Monday 5/2 I sent a email and a message on Instagram to unlocx and they replied promptly notifying me that ups made a mistake on several orders. They said they weren't going to wait for ups to correct it and that they were going to send a new package on Tuesday 5/3. Sure enough I received the new package Thursday 5/5. Thank you unlocx team for doing everything to fix a bad situation.
