I have been enjoying the boxes a lot… I have been enjoying the boxes a lot more than I did in the beginning, I think the items have gotten better. I do think that your website could use a little updating so that it is easier to use.

I love getting things for both myself &… I love getting things for both myself & my cats! The cats almost immediately steal the toys from each other! I love the shirt designs, but wish we could have a choice of shirt color on some of them. Even if it was just a simple two option choice. As a redhead, I don't usually wear the warm colors & I feel I miss out on wearing some really cute designed shirts because of it. I can't imagine how difficult it is to always find new items, especially for long-time subscribers like myself! I have only ever received a duplicate household item once! I do wish shipping was a little faster. I get so excited when I see it has shipped!

Excellent quality! All of the items are of excellent quality! The shirts are super soft, true to size, and durable. Nothing is plastic unless it's truly supposed to be- otherwise items are wood, cloth, metal, ceramic, or porcelain. Only one time the screen print on a water bottle was smudged, I made a passing comment about it in the monthly feedback survey and they sent a new one to me, no questions asked! Anytime I've emailed customer support I'd get a response from an actual person within a day and seem thrilled to help with any questions or concerns. The only complaint (from my cats) is that the toys are bigger than they'd prefer to play with.

Love the catladybox Love the catladybox. My cats love getting the catnip toys and playing in the box afterwards. I love the shirts every month. That is basically all I wear is cat lady shirts. The different things that we get are very awesome. Something I would never buy for myself but it is always nice to receive.
