Not happy Bought a stroller for my granddaughter, first it came in an unmarked cardboard box with no instructions manual. I kept looking at it and finally "put my finger on it" it looks very different from the website. There's no name on it and it feels quite flimsy. We have to gently push it and the front wheels have a mind of their own. I contacted customer service and they asked "do you want to send it back"? Next I explained how dissatisfied I was and they blocked me on messenger. I wasn't even rude I wish I could upload a screenshot of the conversation.

Once she got into contact with them the… Update to my last review... so my aunt was able to dispute the charge with her credit card company... won, and this joke of a business is now sending her to collections! Need I mention not only have I NOT received the stroller but it hasn’t even shipped out yet! The item was ordered October 18th; please everyone reading this, DO NOT order from this company! I suggest you contact my aunt and retract your threatening email! You cannot send someone to collections for an item never received or shipped for that matter!

Best risk I’ve taken. Buying from you all at the beginning was a bit shaky from me because I’d never heard of the company. But all I can say is WOW and I’ll definitely buy again and again, extremely happy with the transaction and products.

Cond artist!!! My friend purchased a stroller in the gold color. We tried to email Tay online to cancel the order however, they were no responsive and sent the stroller anyway. Once received it wasn’t even the stroller we ordered it was a printed brown one similar to the “Gucci” print. This site is not located in the US so now we will have to return in hopes to get our money back

This stroller is amazing! This stroller is amazing!! Its so versatile, super easy to modify, buttons are easy to press and release the seat to face it towards you and to turn it around and make the seat face forward. It was incredibly easy to put together and all the pieces easily snapped and clicked into place. It took my husband and me about 10 minutes to put together. I am in love! I’m in nesting mode and this just made my day.
