I always wanted to own an art piece made by Ivan Black, one of my favorite sculptors. Customer service has been impeccable and these pieces are all made in Italy, which is an added benefit. I like these art pieces, But. I like these art pieces, but the shipping service is rubbish. I paid double the price of the piece to be shipped to South Africa, but the customs paperwork was incorrect and I received more import charges from FEDEX to have the piece released for delivery. No mention of more charges when they charge a shipping fee. I forwarded the customs notes to them and they responded as if it wasn't their problem.

Love my Square Wave I am from England and I have been a big fan of Ivan Black for quite a few years now. His work is simply extraordinary. I finally had a chance to purchase one of his most famous pieces, Square Wave. It came from Italy, it arrived fast, no import duties were due and I have to say that I am impressed with the piece, but also the packaging. It is now part of the decor of my living room and all my friends and guests are instantly drawn to it. It's one of the best conversation pieces I ever had and it's also delightful and relaxing to play with. Definitively recommended and worth every pound. I love to support companies that are creating with love and not mass producing, so that's a plus for me and the fact that I also support a fellow artist makes me proud as well. Well done guys!!! Buyer Beware!! I was not warned before placing the order that the items would be sent from Italy and a Customs Charge would be levied. I have had to pay £54.95. I was informed by Parcel Force that I could refuse the parcel which would then be sent back. Atellani told me they would not make a refund of £231.00 which I paid. ‘Buyer Beware’ the costumer protection we have in U K does not apply when dealing with foreign companies. I successfully returned an item to Stella Mc Cartney, Italy. All credit to them. A reputable company.

Absolutely shocking costumer service Absolutely shocking costumer service. Paid nearly £300 for a gift for my partner to then receive a bill from fedEx for £50 shopping fees. I was not aware of this before hand or i wouldn’t of placed the order. Legally you must be noticed of shipping fees upon checkout which I was not. Contacted the company to be told the small print states you may or may not be charged shipping, with no mention of the extreme amount in which it is. Absolutely appalling.
