A Gift That Brings a Smile I don’t remember buying the 6th bear and complaining about the price or about the product itself. As soon as it arrived, all I recall are my family members laughing and smiling because of how large and awesome it is. I’ve been searching for a gift for a close friend for the longest time, until I suddenly came upon this teddy bear. I compared the prices to other companies, and Boo Bear Factory had the only reasonable price. If you’re looking to see the biggest smile ever on someone you’re gifting the bear to, I highly recommend you purchase!

12ft bear only 9 feet tall! I ordered a 12ft bear, along with gift wrapping including a bow. I received a big teddy bear, but it was not wrapped at all. Furthermore, the bear is only 9 feet tall, not 12 feet. There's a *substantial* difference in price between 9 feet and 12 feet! I took photos of the bear I received with a measuring tape showing the length and sent them the photos via e-mail, along with the plastic bags the teddy bear was packed in instead of a "polyester fabric wrapping" and a bow as they indicate on their web site. They denied any wrongdoing despite the evidence I presented. DO NOT order from this company as they are not being honest about what they are selling.

Amazing Product and Great Heartwarming Gift The shipping took about a week to get here. I ordered the 6 ft Original Boo Bear and it came in a smaller package than expected which impressed me. Taking it out of the package, I had to fluff it up a bit as some of the stuffing was a little deformed because of the packaging but other than that it looks and feels great. I'm not sure what the 1 star review is about. My bear came from California and was originally $400. I got it on sale for $139 + + $60 shipping

Absolute garbage Absolute garbage! Don't order gift wrapping or gift note. You will pay extra for a damaged white box with a red bow printed on it. Looks like a kid did it. Then your special gift note is a usp sticky shopping label. Absolute worst company. Never gets back to you and lies. Stay away! Just coming back to update , they still have not responded to me. I wish I could stand in front of their store and tell everyone coming in how bad they are. Stay away from this site. You can get the same bears on Amazon for less and no bad customer service.
