Don't waste your money While I appreciate the fact that their customer service typically responds within 24hrs, I purchased a gift for my son for Christmas that didn't arrive complete (missing a rechargeable battery). It took 1.5 months for them to send out a replacement battery (after MULTIPLE emails), only to find out the toy is defective......
