Per the instructions I had contacted the manufacturer directly, Delta Children, and went months without hearing back from them. I decided to reach out to Smart Kids and ask for their help in resolving the issue, and Donna immediately responded and corrected the issue. Excellent Customer Service I purchased the Eco Friendly International Wooden Music Set for my granddaughter. All the instruments were perfect and high quality with the exception of the xylophone, which had one key that was flat. I contacted customer service and Donna responded to me within a few hours. She had already shipped out a new set! In her email she also included a shipping label for me to return the set with the faulty xylophone. I received the new set so quickly—in three business days! The new xylophone works perfectly and I know my granddaughter is going to love it and have so much fun with this set. I am so thankful to Donna for her prompt and friendly response and handling my issue beautifully!
