GBFun for the kids Overall, I have been happy with the giant jelly ball. Although one of the balls had a hole in it upon arrival. My kids were able to play with the other and thoroughly enjoyed it until it popped. Only thing I recommend is better durability. But customer service has been very responsive.

NZJust be aware of Currency used Certainly didn't realise on ordering that $s were US and not NZ. I was horrified. I sent an email immediately. Two days later I received a reply from Millie with options for discount next purchase, 30% off the order or cancellation. I opted for the discount as personalised name you. Received 3 weeks later. Lovely item but probably not worth the $s. Just take care.

NZVery unhappy with this company Very unhappy with this company. I discovered once I checked my visa that I had been charged in US dollars where the website implies that they are an Aussie company, so it cost me way more than expected. When my grandson opened his present, the kit came with only Asian instructions, there was no English instructions at all. The website clearly states that you could follow along with clear instructions!! I feel they have misrepresented the product completely. I would never have brought this if I knew it didn't come with any useful instructions on how to put the kit together. I emailed them and was told because I didn't advise them within 14 days it was my tough luck. Don't use this company it's a rip off

GBI ordered the balloon that you can play… I ordered the balloon that you can play with that was but one get one free. Both balloons popped within a half hour of the kids just pushing on it up in the air. I asked for a refund and they responded with 60% off another merchandise or 20% back on my card. This is totally not acceptable because other companies give 100% refund. Also they emailed me even before I received the package asking how I like it. This company needs to get organized and be more customer focused.
