Noted wrong address on confirmation… Noted wrong address on confirmation email. Despite several attempts to correct it and finally receiving confirmation from Pop It’s Toys, the item was still shipped to wrong address. The gift was never delivered and I never received any notification from the store or a refund.

Wrong coloured item arrived I ordered a blue sheep popit and afyer 3 weeks a pink one arrived. I emailed asking for this to be rectified and had NO reply or acknowledgement. Will not order again.

shipping not refunded for incorrect order Apparently the items I ordered were out of stock. Instead of contacting me or canceling the order they just decided to send me different items which I disliked so much I donated them. When I contacted customer service I was issued a refund for the items but not the shipping. I was out $5+ for nothing.
