Despite several attempts to correct it and finally receiving confirmation from Pop It’s Toys, the item was still shipped to wrong address. The gift was never delivered and I never received any notification from the store or a refund.

shipping not refunded for incorrect order Apparently the items I ordered were out of stock. Instead of contacting me or canceling the order they just decided to send me different items which I disliked so much I donated them. When I contacted customer service I was issued a refund for the items but not the shipping. I was out $5+ for nothing.

Decent but long delivery time The order took about a month to arrive, which was longer than expected. But all the toys are good quality and are good for fidgeting with.
