Wow, I had to pay the return postage for a faulty product. Wow, I bought a wetsuit from Lomo Watersport, it arrived with half of the neck taped seal coming away. A really helpful person on customer service desk offered a replacement (so far so good). But now, a miscommunication in the returns process resulted in me booking a returns label, and now they refuse to pay the return. Does anyone expect to have to pay the return for a faulty product?

Good night running gear Searching for some lights and gear to help me seen by cars and pedestrians while running in the dark. Found some LED armbands at a very reasonable price and there was even a demo video showing how to use them, change batteries etc. Also bought a hi vis woolly hat for those cold winter runs. Ordered on Monday evening and they arrived by courier on Wednesday afternoon. Great value for money and swift service.

Don't expect a refund on any shipping or This is my second review and having had to pay £5 to return a wetsuit through no fault of my own they also do not refund any of the original shipping costs so all in all for one item expect to pay around £11 if it's not right. I'd never use this company again. Stick to Ann's cottage or Amazon where returns and refunds are simple and fair. Please move with the times Lomo.
