IELomo watch developed a fault but resolved with excellent customer service I purchased the Lomo watch. The circular metal piece that surrounds the watch face came away from the body of the watch. I did not use the watch much or subject it to extreme use. The fault occurred within 6 months of purchase. I contacted LOMO and to their credit they demonstrated excellent customer service by responding to complaint and posted a brand new replacement watch to Ireland. Lomo did not even want the faulty watch returned. So far, watch has been faultless.

GBAvoid like the plague Avoid like the plague. Purchased a wall mount kayak rack, it failed on first use. Followed installation instructions to the letter, Lomo declined my request for a replacement, blaming incorrect installation. It failed in two places, further investigation seems others experienced the same issues. Never purchasing from Lomo again and regret not reading these reviews beforehand. Terrible product and appalling customer service.

GBExcellent service Excellent service. Allowed my to add an item over the phone to an order placed online so I didn't have to pay an extra delivery charge. Items delivered less than 24 hours later. Great communication throughout. Wouldn't think twice about using again.

GBDon't expect a refund on any shipping or This is my second review and having had to pay £5 to return a wetsuit through no fault of my own they also do not refund any of the original shipping costs so all in all for one item expect to pay around £11 if it's not right. I'd never use this company again. Stick to Ann's cottage or Amazon where returns and refunds are simple and fair. Please move with the times Lomo.

GBWow, I had to pay the return postage for a faulty product. Wow, I bought a wetsuit from Lomo Watersport, it arrived with half of the neck taped seal coming away. A really helpful person on customer service desk offered a replacement (so far so good). But now, a miscommunication in the returns process resulted in me booking a returns label, and now they refuse to pay the return. Does anyone expect to have to pay the return for a faulty product?
