GBFaulty pre-bent kayak trousers I bought a pair of pre-bent kayak trousers in April 2023. The stitching has come undone on the knee pad and the left seat area has disintegrated and worn through after about 10 wears. That is unacceptable wear for such a small number of uses. They won't replace them as say its fair wear and tear... . I think the fabric is faulty as I have had the same sort previously which lasted years. Very disappointing customer service. I like to support local business but not if the stuff is poor quality.

GBI ordered a cycling top which came with… I ordered a cycling top which came with a faulty zip! I emailed customer service asking for a returns label. Only to be told to email them a picture of said faulty zip so they said they could look at it. I said I wasn't able to do that but I could whatsapp them a picture. Nothing... I have emailed them again saying the item is faulty and would like a refund, Nothing for 3 weeks now.. Do not use this company is my advise.

GBGood night running gear Searching for some lights and gear to help me seen by cars and pedestrians while running in the dark. Found some LED armbands at a very reasonable price and there was even a demo video showing how to use them, change batteries etc. Also bought a hi vis woolly hat for those cold winter runs. Ordered on Monday evening and they arrived by courier on Wednesday afternoon. Great value for money and swift service.

GBExcellent customer service and good quality, value for money products I've bought open water swimming stuff from Lomo on three occasions and have been delighted with their customer service and the quality / value of their products. It's a small company and if you contact them (which I've done for advice on what to buy and to change an order) you speak to a real person and moreover one who knows about the company's products. I would definitely make them a first port of call in future.

GBWow, I had to pay the return postage for a faulty product. Wow, I bought a wetsuit from Lomo Watersport, it arrived with half of the neck taped seal coming away. A really helpful person on customer service desk offered a replacement (so far so good). But now, a miscommunication in the returns process resulted in me booking a returns label, and now they refuse to pay the return. Does anyone expect to have to pay the return for a faulty product?
