GBQuality, VFM, helpful and responsive The alpkit of watersports! Good range of stock, a hell of a lot of their own items, which are of good quality and very competitively priced. Website stock levels are accurate and they don't use enticers to get you into the site, only to find out that the items arnt in stock. Some items are really great value - check out their dry bags for example. Like alpkit they can have stock problems, but they are always honest and open about it. Will continue to use for a very long time to come - unless something catastrophic happens!

GBkit size are very very very tight Just bought Lomo deck and needed to return because Lomo deck was too small. The size is too tight for the measurements they give so they charged me for postage twice and I had to pay the return postage. I would have done better to buy a better deck, it would have worked out cheaper. Not very tough quality either as its already chaffing after two trips out. If this is the sizing then I wouldnt rely on their other kit. I wont be going back to them for more kit that's for sure. Highly unrecommended. LOMO dont buy. Dont buy LOMO.

GBFaulty pre-bent kayak trousers I bought a pair of pre-bent kayak trousers in April 2023. The stitching has come undone on the knee pad and the left seat area has disintegrated and worn through after about 10 wears. That is unacceptable wear for such a small number of uses. They won't replace them as say its fair wear and tear... . I think the fabric is faulty as I have had the same sort previously which lasted years. Very disappointing customer service. I like to support local business but not if the stuff is poor quality.

GBWow, I had to pay the return postage for a faulty product. Wow, I bought a wetsuit from Lomo Watersport, it arrived with half of the neck taped seal coming away. A really helpful person on customer service desk offered a replacement (so far so good). But now, a miscommunication in the returns process resulted in me booking a returns label, and now they refuse to pay the return. Does anyone expect to have to pay the return for a faulty product?
