Small neoprene sheet purchase Purchased some small 2mm and 3 mm sheets for repairing a wetsuit. Received 2 x pieces of 4mm!! I contacted them but received no response. I do not think I will be using these guys again.

Ordered 2 spraydecks but ordered wrong… Ordered 2 spraydecks but ordered wrong size, returned via post and correct suze replacements arrived 3 days after i posted back original ones. You cant knock that for fast & efficient service! 10/10 defo use them again!

Faulty pre-bent kayak trousers I bought a pair of pre-bent kayak trousers in April 2023. The stitching has come undone on the knee pad and the left seat area has disintegrated and worn through after about 10 wears. That is unacceptable wear for such a small number of uses. They won't replace them as say its fair wear and tear... . I think the fabric is faulty as I have had the same sort previously which lasted years. Very disappointing customer service. I like to support local business but not if the stuff is poor quality.

Good product, sturdy and good value for money. Will buy more as gifts for the family! I visited the Glasgow store a few years ago to rent a wetsuit. The price was unbeatable and the best thing was that there was no fuss when visiting the store. I like to browse by myself and not be interrupted, yet they were very helpful when I asked for help. And this store was exactly what I needed that day.
