Very very bad experience - Unreliable service Very very bad experience . Inspite of paying extra charges the courier was not delivered in time. The courier was lying in their main office at Bangalore for 3 days .. Phones are continuously kept engaged . Being emergency , we wanted to collect the courier from their main office at Bangalore but all lines were either busy or not picked up. Courier booked from Goa on 13-8-2019 not delivered till 17-8-2019 to Bangalore through booked through Pro premium. Atleast the calls should have picked up for us to collect from their Bangalore office.

They screwed us! I would rate 0 if I could. We ordered two items totalling $200 and the company never sent the item. When we contacted the company they insisted it was on back order. We waited a few more weeks and they told us the items were still on back order. At that point we asked for a refund. We never saw it. We've emailed, called, and wrote and have yet to see our refund. Also, when we called we later found out, via our cell phone bill, that we were calling Canada...which cost us more money for international calling. So yah, screwed twice by Toy Globe.

no stars i wouldnt buy from this company if you have sence,its a load of rubbish,please dont waste your money,they blag you then feed you a load of s%it,and then you have to go throw the hassle of trying to get you money back off them.these people ore very ludcky i live in england.please please do not deal with these people and one star is way to much

toyglobe.com Like many of the reviewers here, I have also had a negative experience with Toyglobe.com. I have not resived all the figures I tried to email them and call them.. never got any responses

RUN FAST>>>DO NOT BUY This company is a scam...you cannot reach them by phone and they do not answer emails. Do not know whats going on but I am disputing the charge with my bank because there is no contact with them....this website needs to be shut down to never open again.
