The purchases are mainly photographic hardware, the silly little bits and pieces bought as an afterthought for which a dealer or manufacturer skins you alive. The quality has been good and everything has worked. Prices, including shipping, are less than a quarter of British high street prices. After ordering, goods take about 14 days to arrive. I intended to award only four stars? Nothing to do with the company but their location; they are in Hong Kong. Rightly or wrongly, I take the view that if anything goes wrong, I probably will lose my money. For this reason my orders stay below £20 GBP. Based on service and value alone, I will give them five stars. I have just read Jan Heyckendorff-Diebold’s review and am very please to hear that his problem was satisfactorily resolved. His report has given me the confidence to award five stars.
