Not a good fit for american consumers or sellers...????? Dear merchant, As a matter of policy, Shopzilla reviews new accounts to ensure they meet certain standards of quality. Unfortunately, during our last review, your account was determined to be a bad fit. As a result, we have decided to discontinue your company's participation in our Merchant Listings Program, effective immediately. The terms and conditions of our Merchant Listings Program, as agreed by you on joining the Program, provide that either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Section 6 of the Merchant Listings Program provides in full: 6. Termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Merchant Program or with any of the terms and conditions contained herein, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your participation by giving us written notice as provided below. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, we may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and/or discontinue your participation in the Merchant Program or any other Shopzilla service at any time. All decisions made by us in this matter will be final and you agree that we shall have no liability with respect to such decisions. No Merchant shall have any vested right or enforceable interest to participate in the Merchant Program. this is why they suck. would you invest hundreds of hours and money into a seller account that can and does just "up and quit" for no reason? They do this alot!!
