Bad experience..... Bought a logitech webcam and sent in rebate info. Camera came, no problem. Never heard anything about the rebate and no way to communicate with the company, i.e., by phone. Feel like I was scammed.

I'm surprised trustpilot has the… I'm surprised trustpilot has the audacity to allow bad reviews on other reviews platforms, why?? Because Trustpilot take down negative but genuine reviews on experiences with companies who pay them to do this whilst at the same time allowing them to buy reviews. I was told after my most recent 1 star review that unless I had documentation to prove that I was a genuine customer then trustpilot would remove it...... I asked them why I could post positive reviews without documentation to which trustpilot failed to answer. Not at all trustworthy!!

You should be closed down I don’t know how this trades it is the worst service of my life they deliberately send the wrong products and take lots of money they don’t return!
