GBI placed an order from BUY.com but it… I placed an order from BUY.com but it was from SLOW MOOSE a seller on this site.I paid on the 30th November only to be told today I wont get it.I now have to wait on a refund to try and get my grandson another xmas present???I am so angry I will never buy from BUY.com again as it is their responsibility as to they are allowing to sell on this site!I've issued a case through paypal but now I have to wait on my refund PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

GBMisleading advertising Having seen a triple bunk bed on Buy.com (Caramel -Bexley Wooden Triple Bunk Bed) I assumed that I was going to get what was in the advertising photo and product description. Alas, not to be..it advertised storage cupboards underneath which never arrived. On enquiring why, the seller said the advert listing is wrong, there are no storage cupboards. So how do Buy.com not know this? Do they check and verify the seller products before listing them ? False advertising..hopefully others will be aware in future. PS the bed also had missing screw attachments which I had to ask the seller for. Buy.com doesn’t seem to get involved with such issues, just leads you back to the seller. Doubt I will use either of them again.

GBVery Rubbish service Very Rubbish service. I ordered 2 dresses for my mum. Only one of them came after 1 month and I cannot even contact them to enquire about the other dress. Will never order from here ever again and would not recommend anyone to order from here. Very disappointed!!!

USBad experience..... Bought a logitech webcam and sent in rebate info. Camera came, no problem. Never heard anything about the rebate and no way to communicate with the company, i.e., by phone. Feel like I was scammed.
