GBI purchased a bottle of venom I purchased a bottle of the aphrodite venom. It arrived damaged. I sent an email to customer service and the agent Kass was quick to respond. She issued me another bottle no problem. You can tell she actually cared. Sweet, caring, respectful, customer service experience. Thank you so much Kass, you're awesome sauce!!
