Perfect Golf Event (PGE) is the way to a Great Golf Tournament In 2023, our nonprofit decided to offer a golf tournament as a fund raiser for new equipment. I was given the task, along with a co-chair, to set up and carry out the tournament from scratch. Having played in several tournaments in the past I was familiar with the "normal" formats for a tournament. However, I wanted to present a tournament that Golfers, Sponsors, and Volunteers alike would enjoy, remember, and want to return for the 2nd Annual Tournament. I decided to search the internet for sites offering help and advice for running a successful tournament and I found a bunch. Most of these offered scoring help, fundraising advice and some even offered insurance for Hole in One prizes. But none of them were full-service providers! Then one day I happened to see an ad on the internet for Perfect Golf Event (PGE) and my troubles with the administration of the tournament were gone. As a matter of fact, PGE offered free software to document the tournament. Now I know they do that in hope that you will use their "paid for" services, and in my case, it worked. Not because they tricked me into using them for their services, but because the products they offered were completely relevant to the establishment of an Inaugural Golf tournament and were very cost effective. For a very reasonable fee, PGE provided us with everything, and I mean everything, necessary to conduct a wonderfully successful tournament from the software program for bookkeeping, registration, and credit card use to signs and custom pin flags, to Hole in One Insurance offering great prizes. Additionally, our package offered long drive prizes, closest to the pin prizes, and putting challenge prizes. Threse prizes included 7-night resort vacations and VIP Tickets. But kicker to it all was our package offered a $100,000 shootout for four lucky golfers who each got a chance to win $100,000 with a Hole in One and the Million, yes million, Dollar Hole in One shot taken by a lucky golfer in the tournament. There are many more things PGE provides its clients with, but I have gone on long enough. I will finish by saying if you need any help with your tournament, PGE are the ones I recommend. By the way, we are doing the 2nd Annual tournament this year and offering even better prizes thanks to PGE. If you knew me, you would know I wouldn't take the time to type this review for very many services, but PGE has proven to be the exception to the rule for me, so I felt like it was only fair that I take the time to thank them publicly. Great Website to plan a charity tournament I've been using another company in the past for our website and was having issues. I decided to try Perfect Golf for the website this year, and what a great decision! I was already purchasing their hole-in-one package, the website was an added bonus. Super user friendly and looks fantastic. I love the ease of payments and getting copies of invoices as soon as someone registers. Customer service also A+ when I did have questions. This is now my go-to company for everything for my golf tournament!

2nd Event The process is very smooth, this is my second event using them, they are very professional, have well priced packages, and make the process seemless.

This site is pretty easy to use This site is pretty easy to use. I would like to be able to customize different reports. The only bigger issue I had was that every time I logged in it would default to last year's tournament, which would mess me up.

I am so grateful for this tool and… I am so grateful for this tool and website! I wish I had known about it years ago. This site makes setting up and organizing registration and your personal website a breeze!!! It is so user friendly. I am not a tech wizard or anything even close. This has been a saving grace!
