The only complaint was s that it can be confusing understanding if purchasing tix are legit until you get approval from Crayola Factory. It is legit…but when you arrive you must go in tue line needing to purchase tix instead of actually having tix to get your Rush 49 purchase validated. Two thumbs up for the ease we had!

Better deal then Groupon At first I questioned whether this site was legitimate. The offer they had was better then Groupon or other sites. Turns out it was completely legitimate and saved me more then if I got the same offer with Groupon. Will keep Rush 49 in mind for future deals.

Good experience! Rush49 has been a good experience so far. I wasn’t able to use vouchers I initially purchased, but Rush49 allowed for flexibility in issuing credit toward the purchase of another experience. Ernie was great—he helped me navigate a tricky situation and even spent extra time assisting me over the phone. I value his patience and understanding. This kind of customer service motivates me to use Rush49 again for fun events in the future.

Everything wrong Hours of operation way off. Safaris listed do not even exist. Sold something we didn't even want because rush49 has no idea what they are selling.

Do it! It's actually legit. "Too good to be true" is for once, true. I was not 100% sure if this was legit or not, but with the major price differences and after looking into reviews,, I decided to risk it. I'm so glad I did. Rush49 is the freakin best. I just wish there were more events/places/options -- like the Houston Aquarium downtown, Houston Zoo, other Museums, etc.
