Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Not only did it take over a week to hear back from anyone at Access initially, it took days at a time for them to respond to us again. It was explicitly stated at least 5 times before placing our order that we needed colored dots on the bottom of the back of each badge. The colors were different for each person. I had sent the list to be merged that included the colored dot assignments. You completely ignored me every time I stated this, even when I asked if you had any questions. When it became so close to our deadline that we had no choice but to say "Approved," we trusted that you understood our needs. You obviously did not care. We should receive at least 50% off this entire order. You not fulfilling what we asked for caused us hours of work onsite. The entire process was so frustrating. To open our badges onsite seeing they were wrong, it was so disappointing.

High quality Product ACCESS offers high quality, customized badges at a great price. I've used them now for about 5 events, and always deliver on time with generally quick turnarounds. Printing quality is always crisp and vibrant and badges are sturdy. Thanks for the great service. One area of improvement can be a better payment process and receipt delivery. I've had to follow up every time on this piece.

Great to work with! Access Event Solutions did a great job printing the name badges for my recent conference. They are easy to work with, very responsive, and reasonably priced. I will use them for name badges for all of my upcoming conferences.
