GBSmooth process, quality product Smooth process, quality product. AES staff is good about moving us along and providing clarifying information when we're stuck on something or need changes. My creative specialist mentioned that it would be nice if the AES templates could also include an AI version. Everyone at the conference loved the badges, and a few sponsors even asked us who makes them for us because they want to look into it for their own future events.

GBI always have issues with Access I always have issues when I order from Access - The items were sent the wrong address, only I caught it last minute on the shipping email I received - I got less than what I ordered - I got 2 how did we do emails 9 weeks after I received the goods - Access forgot to send me the invoice (again, like the last time) and I received 9 weeks after when all the books were reconciled

GBExtremely frustrating and disappointing. Not only did it take over a week to hear back from anyone at Access initially, it took days at a time for them to respond to us again. It was explicitly stated at least 5 times before placing our order that we needed colored dots on the bottom of the back of each badge. The colors were different for each person. I had sent the list to be merged that included the colored dot assignments. You completely ignored me every time I stated this, even when I asked if you had any questions. When it became so close to our deadline that we had no choice but to say "Approved," we trusted that you understood our needs. You obviously did not care. We should receive at least 50% off this entire order. You not fulfilling what we asked for caused us hours of work onsite. The entire process was so frustrating. To open our badges onsite seeing they were wrong, it was so disappointing.
