Love the tool Hate the Business Love the tool. Hate the company. The price comparison in each section is amazing. But I doubt I will ever use them again to buy or sell tickets. You have to fight for returns if things go south. The automation in play to "assist" customer service doesn't work. Broken links get sent to your email. The account recovery system rivals recovering an apple ID.... It's sad. These guys used to be the last ticket vendor you'd ever need. Damn shame what they've turned into.

Baseball spring training tickets. Bought tickets to three Philadelphia Phillies spring training games. Picked the seats available, paid for the tickets, and the e-tickets were sent to my ballpark app immediately. It doesn’t get much easier then that!

Amazing service. Super helpful. Purchased tickets for sunset boulevard broadway. Needed to exchange for an alternative date. The service was amazing. I contacted them on SeatGeek X (Twitter) help account. The team chatted with me. Followed up immediately with emailed transcript of our call. Contacted theatre. Exchanged tickets. Called me from the US to take the extra payment. Every agent I dealt with was helpful. Polite. Couldn’t do enough for me. Such a contrast from any customer service you get in the UK

Everything worked as it should Everything worked as it should. Only with there was a filter for handicap accessible tickets. I go to shows with one person in a wheelchair. I usually end up going to Ticketmaster for these
