My new source for tickets! The website is very easy to use and made comparing seat locations and pricing very convenient. Knowing the price upfront takes the guesswork out of your final cost which I really appreciate. When I didn’t receive the tickets the day after the purchase I was contacted by phone to explain that tickets wouldn’t be released by the venue until a few days later but was assured that the tickets were guaranteed and that I could finalize travel arrangements without concern. Now that is customer service! I will use TFL again for sure!

Had no idea which seats I was getting Had no idea which seats I was getting, just the row they were in. Ended up not getting aisle seats which is what we wanted. Ticket delivery took a while which made me extremely nervous since it was the first time I used this site. Other sites are much faster on delivery. It said no fees for the tickets but we were charged a delivery fee? Ended up being the same cost as other sites with no seat options and slower delivery...i will use another site next time.
