Absolutely horrible Absolutely horrible! Tickets listed for one price, and got charged a completely different amount with NO fees. I called, Sebastian the CS rep was less than helpful, raised his voice and hung up on me. I called back and got Christian and she did the same thing and kept interrupting and talking over me. The math was not mathing and my 6 year old could've figured out what they cannot. I am still disputing

I am writing another review I am writing another review. I misunderstood the seating at the theater and thought my seats were not together. I reached out to MegaSeats and they responded, very quickly to let me know, that they were together. Great company to work with and amazing prices! No extra fees! Will use them again!

Lowest price online, expedited delivery!! It was the lowest price that I found online for my tickets. When I got the confirmation I was dismayed to see that they were not going to be shipped for two weeks, and I wrote saying that I was traveling to the show and leaving on that reported shipping date, so was concerned that I would miss them. The very next day, they were delivered to my home by FedEx. I am very appreciative of the quick turnaround following my inquiry. All in all this was a very good experience.
