So easy! This company is great to work with. Shipping is easy. Set up is easy (if you read the instruction manual) and participants had no issues learning how to use the headphones. This is the second time our nonprofit (Multiple Sclerosis Alliance of Virginia) has rented silent disco equipment and it has proven to be something fun that can be just as enjoyable in a powerchair as it is on 2 feet. Definitely recommend this.
