Great experience using the app Great experience using the app. It was user friendly and I was able to access the tickets. The only downside was that once I received my tickets I could not add them to Google Wallet. Still leaving 5 stars as I'm not sure if that was a tickpick issue or the transfer link I was provided for my tickets.

Delivering Value… These tickets were $35 less per ticket than the same seats on StubHub. Delivering value is the best thing that your company is doing.

Deceptive Ticket Information. No truthful. Nowhere in the description of the tickets I bought or T's and C's was I informed the seats were in the Family Section of stadium and no alcohol. It was not until I bought and looked at "details of my purchase" link provided was I informed of this situation. Tickets were to a MLB game. Plus, called customer service only to be told by an automated attendant "sorry, no one here to take your call".

First Time User Experience First time using your service so was naturally skeptical. Everything has been fantastic. Tickets arrived as promised. I prefer this level of service over the ridiculously high-fees provided by the “others!” I will recommend to all.
