I use TickPick for all of my events I use TickPick for all of my events. The only thing that does not work is transferring the tickets to my Wallet on my Apple phone. It times out then I get a message saying the tickets are still under a different user. I just keep my Ticketmaster app open to get the tickets scanned. However I had no internet access at my last event so that caused a bit of a timing issue entering the venue.

I have both purchased and sold tickets… I have both purchased and sold tickets on tickpick.com. The processes on both sides of the transactions were smooth and without any kind of issue. My account was quickly updated, and the date of receipt of my proceeds from the sales of tickets was given immediately. Excellent job all around.

Deceptive Ticket Information. No truthful. Nowhere in the description of the tickets I bought or T's and C's was I informed the seats were in the Family Section of stadium and no alcohol. It was not until I bought and looked at "details of my purchase" link provided was I informed of this situation. Tickets were to a MLB game. Plus, called customer service only to be told by an automated attendant "sorry, no one here to take your call".
