Carlos Salazar was an amazing… Carlos Salazar was an amazing sommelier. He was very professional both in planning for the event as well as willingness to go with the flow. He was also a fantastic bartender and made some great cocktails. He kept our bar area super clean and disposed everything and left very little clean up work for us. His knowledge of wines, regions, stories, engaged all the enthusiasts in our party. He was also very polite, cordial and a delight to have around the party!!
