GBEasy, helpful, and inexpensive! I work as an Event Coordinator and use ezEvent for all of our company's events. We use it so that guests can register to attend the event and to sign up for the tournaments and special activities we're having at the events. Knowing who is coming in advance helps me accurately plan for how much food I need, how much seating, etc., which is a huge help. I love that I can customize the event page to meet my needs so it always looks professional and festive. Being able to collect tickets helps me track who actually attended the event vs. who signed up, which helps me plan future events better. The system is super easy to use, and it's low cost so I don't have to sacrifice my event budget. I will continue to use it for all of my events!
