trying to watch the rugby with these… trying to watch the rugby with these guys is both frustrating and impossible, the buffering is 3rd world service requests goes un-answered, and refund demands ignored. do yourself a favor and go with someone else.....really still waiting for anyone to respond. I have a 13 tech tickets and the only thing they said was it will take 3 days to correct. this is not acceptable. fix-it or refund me. they are useless.

Incredible company Incredible company. I ran into an issue that I caused in error and they were incredibly responsive! We are loving watching out of network Games and love the simplicity of everything. I wish I could give this company ten stars !!

Windows App. Divan was able to help me set up the Windows app on my laptop since the last one wasn't working. He also answered my questions professionally and guided me for my Roku TV. Very quick to reply and a pleasure to work with. Thanks

Renewing Again This is my 4th or 5th year with DigitalDirectTV, which I use throughout the NFL season. Although there are occasional hiccups, their techs' responses are quick, and the cost is about a fifth of what YouTube is charging for Sunday Ticket, so it's well worth it.

For the most part it works… For the most part it works consistently. I use it for NBA and at few times, the coverage for the game I was looking for inexplicably moved around. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5. The channels seem to be covered if any alternatives are needed, so its more of a 4.5.
