The truth is that my expectation for the service are pretty much basic: - a secure connection with your digital platforme - very good right from the beginning; - simple and quick acces to channel - also right from the beginning; - very helpful and friendly customer service: also right from the beginning; - good streaming video - got better and better each year/ still to be improved even though it’s also related to my internet traffic. - my single issue is that, 2-3 years ago, if I remember right, the price raised excesivly: from about 35 USD/ year to about 70 USD/ year. Anyway, thank you for your service, I’m very happy to be your customer!

DDTV is not just another APP with poor… DDTV is not just another APP with poor service or performance. Yes occasionally there can be a slow upload but that is normal with any app of this magnitude. There customer service is what makes me so happy. They show up and are there for you to help you along for any issue from adding the APP to mirroring to your TV.
