I have sent in a few requests and questions which were all promptly addressed. The platform is extremely easy to use. My only drawback is that the commission rate feels a little high, but I didn't dock them a star as the service has been top-notch.

GBLifelong fan! Easy to use. Gets me the best price for my tickets. Sure the fee is higher than if you post online yourself, but the fact is this gets offset by the tickets always selling for a higher price than you’d get on your own given their technology. Absolute no brainer.

GBFees for the service are pricey, but worth it unless you want to do all the work yourself of posting tickets on other sights. Really helpful if you don't have time to do all the work of posting your tickets on different sights yourself. I've enjoyed this service.
