TERRIBLE representation of great artists Overpriced meet and greets don’t even include autographs from the artists. I will never pay for another meet and greet with you guys again since all my previous experiences have been like this. And the artists all say it’s because Wonderful Union won’t allow it. Completely ridiculous and so disappointing. I hate this company for multiple reasons but this is my biggest issue. Unfortunately, I want the damn presale code so I’m giving you more of my money. 👎🏼

Disappointed in delivery/brokerage fees. I Live in Canada. I ordered the Eagles new CD/DVD off their website. I realize the prices are in USD and that with the exchange rate and shipping ($35USD) was pretty pricey in itself. However, I received an email from UPS saying I would also have to pay another $40 for brokerage fees before they will deliver it to me. I get it that sometimes fees are expected but $40??? This is more than the cost of the item itself! By the time I paid all of this I will be paying for the CD 3 times over! I have ordered many items from the US and I've never had to pay these fees, I mean we are only talking about a 3 disc CD package which is a very small item. I will be refusing to take the delivery tomorrow and will want a refund for this. BTW I found it on another Canadian website and it's only costing me the price of the CD and tax..free shipping.
