Disappointed in delivery/brokerage fees. I Live in Canada. I ordered the Eagles new CD/DVD off their website. I realize the prices are in USD and that with the exchange rate and shipping ($35USD) was pretty pricey in itself. However, I received an email from UPS saying I would also have to pay another $40 for brokerage fees before they will deliver it to me. I get it that sometimes fees are expected but $40??? This is more than the cost of the item itself! By the time I paid all of this I will be paying for the CD 3 times over! I have ordered many items from the US and I've never had to pay these fees, I mean we are only talking about a 3 disc CD package which is a very small item. I will be refusing to take the delivery tomorrow and will want a refund for this. BTW I found it on another Canadian website and it's only costing me the price of the CD and tax..free shipping.

T shirt sizes Very satisfied w/your products, but I’ve experienced that the actual size Large variates between the different T shirts. I had two Desperado tees size L that fit well, and received my 3rd today, also size L, but it was huge enough to match size XXL! So I give it another try, size M this time, and crossing my fingers! Please get it shipped asap bc I was a bit disappointed when I saw how huge the one that arrived today was. I guess I’ll give it away to an Eagles sister who fits it better🤔thankyou😊
