Wonderful Union hasn’t been so… Wonderful Union hasn’t been so Wonderful in the past, but so far so good. I always get my presale codes. It’s the merchandise that comes with the fan club that I have had issues with therefore the 4 stars & not 5.

Disappointed in delivery/brokerage fees. I Live in Canada. I ordered the Eagles new CD/DVD off their website. I realize the prices are in USD and that with the exchange rate and shipping ($35USD) was pretty pricey in itself. However, I received an email from UPS saying I would also have to pay another $40 for brokerage fees before they will deliver it to me. I get it that sometimes fees are expected but $40??? This is more than the cost of the item itself! By the time I paid all of this I will be paying for the CD 3 times over! I have ordered many items from the US and I've never had to pay these fees, I mean we are only talking about a 3 disc CD package which is a very small item. I will be refusing to take the delivery tomorrow and will want a refund for this. BTW I found it on another Canadian website and it's only costing me the price of the CD and tax..free shipping.
