GBUparty gave us a great experience Uparty gave us a great experience! While requesting info and managing/placing the order is all done on-line, I muddled through. Chat messages and emails were responded to promptly, and at a very busy time, the week of Thanksgiving. Delivery was on-time and friendly. We didn't notice until later in the day that our tablecloths had been left out of the delivery. They were delivered the following day after notifying Uparty which was Thanksgiving! Party pricing is fair and comparable to other rental companies. We will definitely be calling on them again in the near future.
