Never Received the Tickets Never received the tickets! TicketSmarter sold me tickets held by MyTicketTracker, a known ticket scamer. Delivery date for the tickets came and went. Contacted TicketSmarter about nondelivery of tickets. At noon of the day of the event MyTicketTracker cancelled the order, no tickets, no show. The only reason I gave TicketSmarter three stars is that they initiated a refund immediately and a few days later it was released for payment.

Jeff Dunham at the Fox theatre in… Jeff Dunham at the Fox theatre in Detroit, this was a great date night for me and the hubby. No issues what so ever from buying the tickets to parking and seeing the show. The show itself was excellent, if you get the chance go see Jeff Dunham you won’t be disappointed. The Fox theater is a spectacular in itself beautiful and majestic.

Love love loved Nate Love love loved Nate, but incredibly disappointed to get to the show and find that our seats were taken. We ended up being seated in a significantly farther section :-/ for having paid $600 for good seats it’s upsetting that we didn’t get to sit there Eta: it looks like, based on their response below, that they would attempt to make things right, but they did not. I’d be very wary spending any money with this company. They do not care that our seats were taken and that we were given much worse seats

Awesome Fluffy show! Gabriel Iglesias show here and the Rio Grande Valley was amazing. No complaints whatsoever on the show but honestly the arena customer service from the box office manager and another young lady who approached me didn’t seem friendly. The manager still helped us out, but I would expect a little bit more towards us. Not even a smile or a “how are you”, etc. I noticed that it seemed a little bit unorganized with the ADA accommodations, but he was able to get us a spot.
