Big Apple Classic I ordered the ticket, but was contact the next day to call a Customer Service Representative. My ticket was changed, the day of the game. I present my confirmation code. The box office, told me that wasn't good enough. I had to recall your Customer Service Representative again. I was never sent a PDF file. Not sure if I will use the service again. I am currently a season ticket holder at the Barclay Center never had a experience like this.
