Sam is fantastic Sam is fantastic. Our big day went off without a hitch mostly due to Sam's amazing-ness. Sam is organized, timely, friendly, and makes you feel like she has everything under control (and she does!!) As a type "A" personality who had a hard time letting go of detail I can honestly say Sam was the best- she worked with us a month out and had spreadsheets for everything (a type A dream!) she remembered every tiny detail and was an amazing "host" to our guests as the day/night went on. I cannot thank her enough and hope you will consider booking with Sam you will not regret it!

As a wedding photographer, she made my job so much easier by being very organized with the timeline and being attentive to anything I needed help with. Sam is AMAZING Sam is AMAZING! I hired her as my day of coordinator for my July 3rd wedding this year, and it was truly the best decision I made while planning my wedding. The one piece of advice I can give to all brides is hire a planner, and make that planner Sam! She will make your life SO much easier. She is incredibly organized and pays great attention to detail. My wedding day went off without a hitch, and when we hit a small snag the morning of she was on it so fast that by the time I heard about what happened the problem had already been resolved. I was able to enjoy my special day, and I owe a big part of that to Sam at Willa Weddings.

Best day of coordinator EVER!!! I got married this year on 6/5/2021 and hired sam from Willa Weddings to be my day of coordinator, and it was the best decision I could have made. She went above and beyond for not only me, but my bridal party and guests! She helped make my day run so smoothly by reaching out to all my vendors weeks before, coordinating the rehearsal, setting up and tearing down all my decorations, helping us pose the first look, carrying around my long train and flowers from picture to picture, handing out vendor tips, etc! As much as you plan, stuff still goes wrong on your wedding day and Sam dealt with all of this so I could purely enjoy my day. I even heard that one of our guests dresses had ripped and she grabbed a sewing kit and helped our guest out. Sam was an amazing day of coordinator and I couldn’t thank her enough for everything she did to make our day flawless and special! I tell everyone I know that needs a day of coordinator to book with Sam!
