USI ordered tickets I ordered tickets, sent you an air-bill because you requested an air-bill. You shipped me e-tickets. Why wouldn't you email the tickets vs shipping them? Nothing more unprofessional then shipping a client e-tickets.

Jennifer has been my go to agent and she always finds me a great price on JETS and METS Tickets and most importantly Jen returns phones calls immediately. Prices are competitive to all other "big name " online sites. Having a store front is also a great feature as you can actually speak to someone with questions or concerns. I have and will continue to recommend Prominent tickets to family and friends.

USThey Could Do Better I was quoted a price of $26 for the same seats that were on their website for $20. I only got sort of a shrug and an excuse that didn't make sense. I then bought sports tickets via eticket but never received the email to print them. I went there and they were very accommodating and printed them for me right then. Only giving 3 stars because they were very customer service friendly on the phone and in person.

GBExcellent Service I asked our hotel in Manhattan to try and get tickets for Springsteen at Madison Square Garden which was taking place a few hours later. They got tickets and i paid the same as people who had got them 2 months previously.
