INGreat flexibility in products We embarked on our software solicitation process and we didn't really know what we were getting into. There are so many vendors out there on the market with different products; all of them are worth looking at to get a fair picture of what they are capable of. We found that Jolly products had the greatest flexibility than all of the others, with so many options to customize things we would had never considered during our initial research. It seemed every time we turned a corner, a new question would come up and our implementation rep at Jolly already had a solution in place that suited our requirements, and for the price, we felt we got more than what we paid for.
