I went on the website and made a trial subscription of $1 and was charged $29.99 same day for a random astrology that wasn’t authorised. I made a complaint and they refused to issue a refund nor the correct astrology guide to at least get value for the unauthorised charge. Again, AVOID!

Please do not subscribe they answer they reply on trustpilot advising you to contact their customer care team . What a joke , when you contact them they refuse to refund stating you cancelled after the trail date even if you cancel on the same day you subscribed .They do not refund anything and make sure they take a couple of payments out of your before replying . My advice would be avoid this app and any there like it as they are scammers

Randomly changing in different amounts/times Please please everyone we need to get the owner of this app to jail! Don’t sign up for this, this is a 1000% scam they keep charging me randomly in different amounts, even tho you don’t subscribe but they have your details if you using the app at first. Of anyone knows other way to stop this please share otherwise you’ll have to change your bank card 100% recommended.

The minutes are too short because the person you chat with takes so long to type a reply. The person you chat with takes too long to reply, which leads to you having to buy more minutes on top of the subscription fee.
