AUThey changed their plans after we… They changed their plans after we signed up for on year and then put us on a monthly plan which didn't even exist when we signed up, and now refuse to give a refund despite us never consenting or wanting to continue. It's theft. Don't deal with hopin.

CATerrible sign in for recurring people Terrible sign in for recurring people. Seems to lead everyone to register a new account each time. Sign in or log in is small print, not bold very amateur effort. Makes it extremely difficult to get new users to the back stage have to sign in then log into backstage. Little things like this distract me away from the awesome things. You MUST fix the confusing sign up log in factors way to confusing for new users and those who occasionally come on or speakers who are onetime users

GBNew scammers this company has a new scam. they send the email to some scam address and CC you. There is no way to unsubscribe as a cc I tried blocking, but the Hopin name is outside the email sending address and there are probably hundreds of spoof email addresses. I would never do business with a company with such shady practices, If they need these tactics, they are undoubtedly crooked. I wish there was a way to make these practices punishable by castration with a rusty knife.

GB"stolen" address no-reply@Hopin,com? Not a comment about the Hopin organization, a report of SPAM / Phising email! I have received 8 in the last 2 days using the "[email protected]" address. I am setting a filter for this address!

GBStay away Stay away. We used Hopin on many occassions since June 2020. We considered ourselves experts. But after paying upfront for a full year subscription, we hosted an event that was full of problems...attendees could not access the event. Sound issues and more. It was a $%^# show. Based on this we decided to cancel our subscription and Hopin would not respond to us and or address the issues. STAY AWAY!!!! Thieves...would not refund our money for the remaining unused portion of the year. The amount was over $15,000.
