They're not legitimate They're not legitimate. The entire setup is a scam. In academia, this is called a "predatory conference" scheme.

This is definitely a scam This is a conference scam. They're likely newer than the WASET conference scam, but they follow the same trajectory. They can't even write in the English language properly.
