They're not legitimate They're not legitimate. The entire setup is a scam. In academia, this is called a "predatory conference" scheme.

This is definitely a scam This is a conference scam. They're likely newer than the WASET conference scam, but they follow the same trajectory. They can't even write in the English language properly.

This is a predatory scam This is definitely not a legitimate scientific or academic conference. They have suspicious promotional materials, and it is clear from their website that they are not competent in English professional, technical, or academic writing. Also, look at the poor writing of the positive reviewers here, submitted on the same date. It is obvious that they are trying very hard to appear legitimate, but they are obviously a predatory, for-profit scheme pretending to be something that they are not.
