GBMore robust than we need, makes it a little unweidly The event creation portion of events.com is more complex than we need. I see how other, larger, events would need more robust features, but we're a relatively small festival. It's just a bit of a hassle to try to wade through all of the different screens to determine which information we need to fill in that is applicable to us... and then re-submit the info because some portion of the form that isn't relevant to us is required before we can move on. We like events.com to get our event out into the world, but it seems to take us more time to create our event on this site than it does on others'.

Auto response, form to fill out, no response in over 5 months, now contacting legal services to try to get the money. Oh yes, it was a funder for hospital services, 8K owed. Nice work Events.com STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

GBStill Waiting for Money Owed - ETA Finally got paid We were quite happy initially that Events.com acquired Brown Paper Tickets as this organization owed us money for tickets sold at an event held in Spring 2022 and Events.com promptly paid us back for this. However, the money for tickets sold at a subsequent event held in December 2022 (which Events.com managed) is STILL OWED to us nearly 5 months later. We have repeatedly enquired as to when we will receive our funds with no response. We are now using another online ticketing platform. ETA: Once we went public with bad reviews online, we "miraculously" were paid the money we were owed. I stand by my original review - it took a great, lengthy effort to finally get paid by Events.Com.

GBBEWARE - Unethical cancellation policy Events.com team did not mention their cancellation policy or when it would come into effect despite speaking to their customer support on the phone numerous times. Another company hiding behind the small print. The cancellation charge was astronomical. This is incredibly poor service, I will not use them ever again.

GBLong time user! Have used events.com for years. Super easy to set up and manage registration! Have been so fortunate to work with Andrea there who answers all my questions, and quickly troubleshoots any issues that arise, she is the absolute best!!
