Living and learning in sarvodaya vinyasa Sarvodaya vinyasa yoga school opened a different aspect towards living my life. Staying here with people from different community, country and cultural differences as a family broaden my mind and the practices that I learned from the best and experienced teachers helped me establish connection with my deeper self. I feel more alive more connected with myself and more love towards the humankind. A new perspective towards the life of myself and the whole humanity. I learn to be more humanitarian.

This was my first experience in a 200… This was my first experience in a 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training at Sarvodaya Vinyasa Yoga School and I am a complete beginner so from that point of view I feel I could not have asked for a better experience. I Have learned so much in such a short time. The teachers here are genuinely interested in helping the students gain knowledge and understand the most inticrate details of everything. They are open for questions and are very knowledgeable themselves. The owner (Mr.Ashish ji) and the whole staff from teachers to kitchen staff to cleaning are very accommodating for any request coming from the students. The location of the school is breath taking with beautiful mountain views. Before choosing this school i did an extensive research for almost a month and short listed few schools but finally decided to join this one and I absolutely made the right decision. Highly recommended.
