OPC has improved my practice! OPC has improved my pilates practice immensely. The classes change weekly and monthly, so I don't get bored, and have helped me make connections and advance my practice. Beyond that, Lesley and the other teachers' attitudes are always positive, reminding me that pilates is NOT about perfection but rather meeting yourself where you're at and being proud of showing up each time you practice.

Excellent value for great classes I love having OPC as a resource for regular Pilates classes. I started with a lower level membership and upgraded when I saw how much it improved my practice and kept me consistent. I like that there is only 1 reformer and mat class per week so I don't waste valuable time trying to choose a class. Lesley is very faithful to the classical order and practice so some nuances may be different for those who are trained in contemporary Pilates. Highly recommend if you're looking for an efficient way to stay committed to your individual practice in an online community setting.

I love Online Pilates Classes I love Online Pilates Classes. I have learned so much about my body and have seen my strength return after several years of physical issues. I am amazed at the refreshing, exciting approach to the classical order of exercises. On top of that, the workshops are great and so is the facebook group.

OPC tutorials & classes are fun! OPC tutorials and classes are fun, well paced and build to a good level of challenge. The instruction is top notch with very clear verbal cues and physical demonstrations of each exercise.

I love my OPC membership I love my OPC membership! I appreciate that LL and her team take the guesswork out of which class to take. I'm also motivated to practice knowing that classes are only up for a limited time. The site is easy to use, and the team is clearly committed to a great customer experience.
